Trango started in 1991 to bring great design and reliable equipment to the climbing world. Almost 20 years later we can look back and know that we've been able to do that. We are most proud, however, of the way we've worked with climbers like you to bring your ideas and designs to market. The Cinch, Squid, BigBro, RackTags, the B-52, Splitter Cams, Alpine Equalizer, BallNutz,  and the FRD are all products that started out as an idea or need outside of our company and have evolved into a product that generates royalties for their inventors. We're also proud of the way we have been able to give back to the climbing community. We are proud partners with the Access Fund, The American Alpine Club, HERA, the ASCA and the Colorado Mountain Club. In addition, with the passing of Craig Luebben, the designer of the BigBros, we will be placing all future BigBro royalties into a 529 college account for his beloved daughter, Giulia.
 
In addition we have partnered with two great companies SMC and PMI who continue to innovate in their respective fields and are providing a new level of excellence in the Climbing community and Rescue Markets.

malcom Malcolm Daly: Founder
Malcolm started Trango in 1991 and is still the hub of the brand.		  
Chris Chris Klinke: Director of Sales
Everest, K2, Makalu...yep Chris has been there, done that. An avid mountaineer and passionate all around climber, his passion carries over into the sales efforts at Trango.  More than a standard Director of Sales, Chris also oversees brand management, product development and more.		  
Adam Adam Sanders: Dealer Services Representative and Product Manager
Adam is the kind of guy that makes a 5.12 route look like a casual 4th class scramble. To say he is a talented climber is an understatement for sure! Not only is he a great climber, he's a cool guy. As our Dealer Services Representative and Product Manager, Adam is the main point of contact for Trango Dealers. In addition; product development, purchasing, and inventory forecasting fall under his responsibilities.		  
Cassie Cassie Strid: Customer Service
Without Cassie, nothing would get done. She’s our point person on the phone, order entry and website maintenance.  She is awesome!
Greg Greg Hartman: Inventory Management
When we receive a shipment, Greg gets his hands on it and processes it through. He-of-the-perpetually-clean-desk is bringing that ethic to our now spotless warehouse.
Jared Jared Clark: Shipping Manager
If it goes out the door, Jared sends it on its way. In charge of all things outgoing, Jared also tries to keep track of his girlfriend who, in January and Februrary 2010, rowed a boat across the Atlantic with 8 others she’d never met!
Chris Chris Danielson: eGrips Sales
Chris is our king of the rock gyms and is in charge of making sure that every rock gym on the planet is fully decked out with eGrips and Trango hardware.
