Attending the International Climber?s Meet in Wales and having Brits teach me how to stay up late and still stomach climbing on the formidable sea cliffs of Gogarth.
Climbing under the canopy of Yellow Wall as it rains everywhere else. No crowds, just the sound of the rain and the birds.
Guiding in the rain
My first desert tower with awesome strangers from SLC (DB?s forever!)
Holed up in Jackson as winter sets in working on Mountain Yodel.
Developing a crag I found in Northwestern Wyoming.
Guiding gregarious groups of gals in the Gunks (NH and NV too).
Favorite word: Hope
Favorite thing about climbing: The way it humbles you. The way it centers you. The excuse to get outdoors. The people you meet.
