Trango

"I promise to honor the integrity and intelligence of climbers through innovative and smart design."

That's my promise to you. I started Trango in 1991 to bring great design to the climbing world at a fair price. Almost 20 years later I can look back and know that we've been able to do that. I'm most proud, however, of the way we've worked with climbers like you to bring your ideas and designs to market. The Cinch, Squid, BigBro, RackTags, the B-52, Splitter Cams, Alpine Equalizer, BallNutz, MaxCams and the FRD are all products that started out as an idea or need outside of our comapany and have evolved into a product that generates royalties for their inventors.

We're also proud of the way we have been able to give back to the climbing community. We are proud partners with the Access Fund, The American Alpine Club, HERA, the ASCA and the Colorado Mountain Club. In addition, with the passing of Craig Luebben, the designer of the BigBros, we will be placing all future BigBro royalties into a 529 college account for his beloved daughter, Giulia.
