Product Alert: Request for Inspection for
TRANGO Low Bulk Slings 30 cm (Yellow)

Trango has identified a small number of 30 cm Low Bulk Slings (yellow) manufactured in 2022 that could break below 22 kN. Only 51 potentially affected slings have been sold.
GTHI has notified all customers and retailers to whom those 51 slings were sold and requested that they return all 30 cm Low Bulk Slings (yellow) with the tag described below to Trango for inspection.
Trango requests that customers immediately stop using the 30 cm Low Bulk Slings (yellow) manufactured in 2022 and return them to Trango for inspection. If your slings are affected, Trango will send you replacement slings or provide a refund.
Slings Subject to Inspection
All 30 cm Low Bulk Slings (yellow) manufactured in 2022, with tags that read:
CE2777
EN566
2022
20kN
and as shown in the photo below.

Slings NOT Subject to Inspection:
This request for inspection does not include any other lengths or colors of Low Bulk Slings of any manufacture date, except the yellow 30cm slings manufactured in 2022.
What You Need To Do
If you own any of the 30 cm Low Bulk Slings with the tag described above, stop using the sling and contact Trango for a return authorization (RMA).
To request an RMA, please email info@trango.com and include in the subject line “30 cm Sling Inspection”. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the potentially affected slings for inspection.
You may also contact Trango at info@trango.com or call us 303-530-3035 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MT Monday – Friday and we can take your information and provide RMA shipping label.
